Born and raised in Sarawak, I found my first love in the water, representing my state as a swimmer from the tender age of 12. My journey in competitive swimming took me to Kuala Lumpur, where I pursued higher education and eventually chose to make this vibrant city my second home.
Swimming shaped my early years, instilling discipline, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. However, as I ventured into adulthood, I craved a new challenge that could reignite the spark I felt each time I dove into the pool. In 2022, I discovered triathlon - a sport that not only tested my limits but expanded them beyond the confines of the swimming lanes into the open water, open roads and trails.
Joining the triathlon community was a leap of faith; it meant stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing the uncertainty of a multi-discipline sport. But it was here, amidst the rigorous swims, bike rides, and runs, that I found a new sense of purpose and a platform to grow beyond the swimmer I once was.
As an elite triathlete, my aspirations soar beyond personal achievements; I aim to represent Malaysia on international platforms, showcasing the relentless spirit and resilience of our people. I hope to inspire others to embrace the transformative power of sport. Let's embark on this adventure together, pushing boundaries, and discovering what we're truly capable of.
Welcome to our community, where every swim stroke, pedal, and stride brings us closer to our goals.
"In the next 5 years, I want to be one of the top 5 athletes in the SEA Games. I would also like to increase the publicity of triathlon as a competitive sport in Malaysia."
