Learned swimming at 8 and joined my first competition at 10. After falling in and out of love with swimming due to stagnant improvements, I learned to love the sport because of some guidance and encouragement. From there I found triathlon, and the rest is history.
I did a little bit of running in school but naturally as a swimmer, I hated it. It was not till I found triathlon and got some life changing advice that I realized running could be fun and I didn’t have to suffer every time I ran.
